Our COVID-19 policy

Thank you for your patience and loyalty throughout these tough times.

Please read and respect the following protocol below.


-You will be contacted 24 hours prior to your appointment, via a text message/ email REMINDER.

-If you or anyone you have been in contact with has tested positive within the last 5 days or develops symptoms, please could you let me know ASAP so that we can rearrange your appointment.


How are we protecting ourselves and you?

-On arrival and exit of the clinic room there is hand sanitizer available if you so wish to use it. We have now removed the mandatory use of a face mask during the appointment, but you may still wear one if you choose to.

-There will be at least 15 minutes between client appointments, to ensure efficient cleaning and change of couch cover and towels. This also prevents clients meeting face to face on arrival and exit.


What if I am ‘vulnerable’ or ‘high risk’?

-If you have an underlying health condition and are not comfortable booking your appointment then we respect your decision.

-Please note that I am asthmatic and therefore have taken every precaution to protect not only myself but others in every scenario, so please do the same.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you or anyone in your household/contact develops any symptoms of COVID-19, please let us know ASAP so that we can rearrange your appointment for another time when it is suitable.
  • You must cancel within a 24-hour notice period, prior to your session (if possible). Otherwise you will be asked to pay your full treatment time fee.
  • If you know you will be late to your appointment please try to let me know ASAP.
  • If there is a change in therapist health, notice will be given ASAP and rearranged in due course.
  • If there is an emergency, please contact me to discus where possible as there are unforeseen issues.
